Friday, June 5, 4-5 pm: CREADOR Our friend Marcus Piña, founder of Creador Agave Spirits, likely has the largest collection of bulk mezcal resting in glass outside of Mexico. Now that José Alberto’s mezcal has rested in Texas for over two years (and in most cases, was produced long before that), Marcus is ready to share some of those spirits with you and taste through what happens when you rest mezcal in glass. Mezcal changes gradually when rested in glass, over years. We’ll explore some of those changes in this special tasting. @creadorspirits
